Hello My name is Phil,

I have lived in Canberra for the last 52 years and I have been in the building industry my entire life.

The first 30 years I was building new house's with my family's business.
These last 24 years I have mainly concentrated on the excavation and preparation and finishing of new house, renovations of building sites.

I am a licensed builder and licensed earth-moving contractor so with 50 years of on the job experience you can be rest assured you job will be complete in a professional manner.

Some of the works I do include:
 
* Site clearing and levelling.

* Working with Plumbers and Electricians in their               first stage of projects.

* Site cuts for new and existing homes

* Footing preparations.

* Site clean up's ready for landscaping preparation

  There are many other jobs on building sites          which require machinery to do and some of
  the other works I am regularly get asked to
  preform are:

* Digging of swimming pools.

* Removing and back filling old or unwanted                       swimming pools (with ACTPLA certificates)

* Demolish and removing old sheds, driveways and             concreted areas.

* Clearing overgrown gardens and vegetation.

* Post hole drilling.

* Pier boring.

* Digging and installing new sewer and storm water             drain and for new house and on existing house's.

* Digging out for new rooms under existing house's.

 

  Right size machine for any particular job:

While I have a range of machines on hand sometimes we just need something a bit smaller or much larger.
I have access to the micro excavator which will fit through your doorway as small as 600mm up 13.5 ton excavator all with hammers for those rock jobs and major excavations.

I also have access to a range of trucks for the removal of small and large quantity's of fill.
